FAQ
-
Do you do custom orders or wholesale? As a small batch artisan potter I am unable to offer a custom or wholesale service at this time. This ensures that I dont have large quantities of pottery orders to fufil, so I am better able to work at my own pace and continue to focus on small batches of high quality ceramic art.
-
What are your Shipping timeframes?I ship orders within within 2 business days of the order being placed. Shipping within Australia usually takes 5-7 days. I also have an express post option at checkout for clients who would like a faster shipping timeframe. Unfortunately at this stage I don't ship outside of Australia. All of my parcels are well packaged and tracked to ensure they arrive at their new home safely. A copy of the tracking order will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
-
Are your textiles ethically made?Yes! IndieBay Clothing is certified Organic, sustainable, and fair trade, putting people and the planet first. IndieBay textiles are purchased from an Australian supplier and are printed and designed right here in Australia.
-
Is your website secure?Yes! IndieBays shopping cart has an SSL secure checkout.
-
Is your pottery safe for food use, and can I pop it in the dishwasher?"Yes, absolutely! I am incredibly vigilent when it comes to the health and safety of my clients. My ceramic wares are all handmade by me. They are created with high fired stoneware clay and glazed with food safe lead free recipes that are handmixed in house. All IndieBay pottery is oven and dishwasher safe, and microwave safe provided that it is not finished with gold lustre (some of my work is finished with a beautiful gold lustre. Gold is a metal, so if your piece is finished with gold it is not microwave safe)

When will you have a restock? There are some favourite pieces here at IndieBay that often sell out fast! I try to restock as much as possible, so I should have some more coming soon. If you're after a particular item that often sells out fast the best way to find out when more will be available is by following my social media pages, that's where I post announcements and sneak peeks of new work being added to the website.
